Terms of Delivery
DELIVERY
Digital products:
We do not refund delivered digital products. Digital products can't be returned to the photographer. The Jolly Memories will not release RAW, unedited files for clients. The client will only receive edited JPEGs from the vendor. The photographer and/or the Jolly Memories own the copyrights in all images produced. Only the images edited by the photographer are considered final products, and no final product will be delivered until the full balance is paid.

Physical products:
The products in our webshop are print-on-demand products, that are manufactured and shipped mainly in Central Europe. The Shipping time might be longer than normal shipment within domestical shipments. We strive to get your products shipped to you and delivered with Posti within 8-10 working days (Finland) and 10-15 working days outside of Finland. During high season it may take longer. Notice that shipping outside of EU might take longer due to toll inspections. Small items are delivered directly to your specified address, while larger items are picked up at the nearest post office. The shipping cost is 2,50 euros for small items and 5.90 euros for larger within Finland, 5,50 euros for small items and 10.00 euros for larger to the rest of Europe (excluded Norway), and 20 euros to the rest of the world regardless of the size and weight of the package.

We reserve the right to send small shipments as a letter to your home.
We reserve the right to send shipments larger than the maximum dimensions of the parcel machine to the post office.

If you have a delivered package that has not been collected yet, you will always receive a reminder. If you do not pick up the package at all, a sum of 20 euros will be charged and the goods will be returned to us.

Products can be returned directly to us (YLISTÖRMÄ 5E, 02210 ESPOO). However, we will agree on these arrangements by e-mail in advance.

Manual payment means that after an order you will receive payment information (order confirmation) from us by e-mail and you may pay with your online banking codes. When the payment is registered with us, your products are delivered.

Do you regret your purchase? You have 24 hours to cancel your purchase after the purchase has been placed. Please notify us and we will cancel your order. With rental services please read our rental policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Digital products:
We do not refund delivered digital products. Digital products can't be returned to the photographer.
Physical products:
When purchasing products, you will always have a 14-day right of withdrawal per the current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase without reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. We will be responsible for the return costs within Finland. If you are sending a product from another country, please contact our customer service.

In order to be able to return a product, it must return to us unused and in its original condition, with all labels remaining and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the product until we receive the return delivery.

For exchanges and returns:
Pack the products to be returned, preferably in the same package/bag they came in.
Paste the attached return label on top of the package. Make sure the label covers the old address.
Hand in the package at the nearest POSTI /postal office. Keep the receipt.
When you have returned your products, the value of the products will be refunded within 14 days to your credit card, PayPal account, or the account number you specified in the return form, excluding shipping costs. The package can also be delivered directly to our studio (address below). If you wish to change the item to another size or color, or alternatively another product in our store, you can notify us via e-mail (thejollymemories@gmail.com).
