Rental policy

BACKDROP AND PROPS RENTAL POLICY

Below are the terms and conditions that govern the booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling of your backdrops & props rental. Please read these policies carefully before making your reservation.


1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
   - Rentals must be booked through our online booking system, except for corporate clients, who can make bookings by request
   - Payment can be made either online at the time of booking or in person at the beginning of the booked rental period (offline payment availability may vary). 

   - For corporate clients we will require 50 % of the total price to be paid upfront when booking the service , with the remaining balance due within 14 days NET of receiving the final deliverables / service.
   - To secure your rental, you must provide payment details and contact information when renting our resources, regardless of your preferred payment method.

   - We offer automated recurring payment option when subscribing to our service packages. Payments are then carried out automatically according to your chosen payment method after each subscription period ends and subscriptions are continued automatically. 


2. CANCELLATION POLICY
   - Free Cancellation: You may cancel your rental free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
   - Late Cancellations (12 to 3 hours): Cancellations made within 12 to 3 hours of the booked rental time will incur a 10 € fee. This fee is intended to cover transportation and preparation costs.
   - Late Cancellations (Within 3 hours): Cancellations made within 3 hours of the booked rental time or no-shows will incur a fee worth 50 % of the original service price. 

   - You may cancel your subscription packages at any time free of charge. We return the amount of the subscription package price that has not yet been used. Note that we may remove the discount associated with subscription package when calculating the sum to be returned.
   

3. RESCHEDULING POLICY
   - You can reschedule your booked rental service up to 12 hours before your scheduled rental starts time at no additional charge.
   - Rescheduling within 12 hours will be subject to availability and may require additional fees depending on the circumstances.


4. NO SHOWS
   - If you do not show up without prior notice, or if our employee is not granted access to the agreed location at the agreed time and within the reserved time frame, a fee worth 50 % of the original rental service cost will be charged to cover the transportation and preparation expenses.

5. SAFE SPACE

- If the client or situation in any way at any time gets offensive or aggressive for any reason, we have the right to stop the service at any time as a safety measure.

6. PICKUP AND DELIVERY   

- A transportation fee of 3€ + km may be added to any delivery or pickup request.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY WHEN RENTING TO CLIENT'S LOCATION
   - You are responsible for the rented props during the rental period.
   - The client is liable for any damage caused to the props, including but not limited to:
     - Tears
     - Stains that are difficult to remove
     - Other significant damages that impact the item’s condition
   - In the event of damage, the client will be charged for repair or replacement costs.

8. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
   - We are responsible for the washing, cleaning, and repairing of the rented props to ensure they are in excellent condition for each rental.

CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES RENTAL POLICY

We strive to provide high-quality clothing for your private events and photoshoots. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the rental process. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your rental.

1. BOOKING AND RENTAL
   - All costumes and dresses must be rented through our online booking system.
   - Clothes are rented only together with a photoshoot session.
   - We encourage clients to carefully read the clothing descriptions, including size information and other relevant features, before booking to ensure a proper fit and satisfaction with the choice.

2. CLOTHING EXCHANGES
   - If the rented clothes do not match your expectations, you may exchange them within the booked rental period.
   - If an exchange is necessary, please notify us promptly so that we can arrange for the replacement.
   - If a replacement item is needed, we may apply an extra transportation fee if the item needs to be brought from a different location.

3. PICKUP AND DELIVERY
   - Rented clothes are delivered to the photoshoot location.
   - A transportation fee of 3€ + km may be added to any delivery or pickup request.

   - You are responsible for the rented clothing during the rental period.
   - The client is liable for any damage caused to the clothes, including but not limited to:
