
Refund Policy
Digital products and photoshoot services:
We do not refund delivered digital products. Digital products can't be returned to the photographer. Note also that refund policy doesn't applie to backdrops & props rental services, photography services or clothing and accessories rental services. For those, please look at our rental policy.

Service packages:
You may cancel your subscription packages at any time free of charge. We return the amount of the subscription package price that has not yet been used. Note that we may remove the discount associated with subscription package when calculating the sum to be returned.

Physical products:
You have a 14-day right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation.

You have the right to return the product if:
1) The order has been cancelled according to the Terms & Conditions by notifying The Jolly Memories within 14 days of receiving the product, and
2) The product has not been used, and
3) The product is in the condition that you received it and all the parts (e.g. removable belts and hang tags) of the item(s) are included in the package, and
4) The item has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.
The product must be returned immediately after cancellation. When returning products, you will be responsible for potential damages and losses. The webshop returns are free off charge for customers in Finland.
After we have received returned item(s) and all the criteria (1-4) listed above are fulfilled, we will send you the new item or give you a refund. We will issue a refund following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit card company. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
